Tools -- Pages -- Extract. Then save the extracted files.It's important to realise that printing a PDF to another  PDF is never recommended, the PDF is never improved and is often ruined.

Yes, Crop should equal Trim, but Acrobat doesn't treat it that way. That's why this is an issue.
