See if you have any apps that can print full bleed. Also, look for an option in the printer driver to turn this option on.

No. I'm using version XI of Acrobat. I had the same issues with PosterPrint when I was using Acrobat X. Files look correct in Acrobat. I think this is happening when the pdf gets ripped by the software.

Turn off the PRINT TO FILE option in Acrobat or Adobe Reader. This will be somewhere in the print dialogs.
