Depending on your version of Acrobat, you can try Tools> Print Production> Preflight> Select single checks> Graphic State Properties for Stroke> Line width less than .3 pt.> Analyze.

When you say highlighted, I'm assuming you mean comments? If so you can go to Comment> Comment List> fly out menu> create comment summary> Pages containing no comment (no).

There is a function that permits you to highlight text, as you would do with a yellow marker. I am not certain that the print comments pages, picks up just a highlighted page without a text comment.

Ah, I see want you mean. This might not be practical for you, but if you select one instance of the highlighted text and add a [space] to the little sticky note, all of the highlighted text on that...

Neither one can work if LPT1 is the port. The port should show "PDF port". You can probably remove the unexpected one, but I'd still worry about where it came from (unless you were trying to fix things).
