In Acrobat Pro X how do I set the default print option to "Document and Markups"

In Acrobat Pro X how do I change the default print options in the  "Comments and Forms" drop-down in the Print dialog to "Documents and Markups"? I have several users where the default is different. I need to be able to set the default to "Documents and Markups" from both the UI and also by changing the registry setting. How do I change the default to "Documents and Markups" using the UI and also with registry edits? Thank you!!!!
