Thanks for the feedback. Actually, we tried that too. Yesterday, we changed the "Default Settings" to LETTER instead of STANDARD and thought that had fixed the problem. BUT that was yesterday and, although today the "Default Settings" is still set to "LETTER", the Adobe PDF Page Size reverted to "C5" again.
