I think we may have a workaround now. By deleting the entire Calibri font and rolling back to an earlier version (1.02 for testing) we can't get the printing to fail. We have not tested it with Cambria or Century yet.
Could it be possible that Adobe Acrobat XI isn't compatable with Calibri 5.72? Is there any way to contact Adobe to find out? Their technical support seems to be, well, lacking in compentency in anything more than directing people to how to use Acrobat. Anything technical seems to be over the head of anyone, even in the escalated tech support section.
