Cannot print booklets from Adobe Pro 9

I have a user trying to print PDFs as a booklet.  When printing from Adobe Reader X, the booklet prints correctly.  When printing from Adobe Pro 9, the booklet shows the background color on the first page and in the fold shows the error:

ERROR: Undefined

OFFENDING COMMAND: FNTMEP+ClanPro-Book

STACK: False

I have tried repairing the Adobe installation

Tried uninstalling and re-installing Adobe Pro

Verified all print properties are identical between programs

Installed current version of ClanPro font set, but the user does have multiple different copies of the font set

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
