I work for an IT firm and one of our clients is on a VDI setup. All systems are running Windows 7 fully updated. Clients that are using Lexmark X792 printers are unable to print in color through their VDI session using Adobe (tested XI and DC). However, they can print in color to the same printer from their local side (their physical system running Windows 7 as well) using Adobe. They can also print in color using any other program even Foxit Reader on their VDI desktop, it is just Adobe that will not print in color. I have checked the settings. Once I hit print it is set to print in Color and not greyscale, I have some screen shots that show. Any thoughts on this?
