I've formatted a 4 x 6 document in Word. Printed to ADOBE and the size carries over.
In trying to print the PDF to a lettersize paper on a Laserjet 4700 color, I find that using
DUPLEX and Booklet, everything works just fine EXCEPT I have my two pages separated
now by a channel between them that - if I were to cut the paper, I would end up with a booklet
that has pushed each page into the middle of a print area. Result would that could be cut
from a 5.5 X 8.5 (folded 11 X 8.5) along the short edge on both sides and on the top and bottom.
Yet I'd have 6-inches correctly, and then the 4 would end up 4.625 inches. Effectively, this
ain't the size I'm looking for.
To correct, I need to shove the two pages closer together, and instead allow the document to pad
out on the outter rather than inner columns. Any suggestions?
