Still puzzled by this. I can't print from Acrobat, have to use Preview instead.
I tried printing a PDF in Acrobat and I had the same problem again so I decided to do a test.
I logged into the Guest user account on the same computer and opened the same PDF file. It prints fine. All the Page Sizing buttons are accessible.
So it must be some settings file that's corrupted.
I've tried deleting these folders and they had no affect:
~Library/Application Support/Adobe/Acrobat
~Library/Preferences/Acrobat
~Library/Preferences/Adobe/Acrobat
Where else could Acrobat have files? It must be in my user Library as the guest account is fine!
Obviously Adobe's own installer isn't uninstalling incorrectly. I check the box that says "remove preferences" when I uninstall, yet a subsequent reinstall has all my settings just as I left them.
