We have a printer that continually prints black-and-white pages as color clicks. It may well be an issue with the print driver itself, but in order to exhaust all possibilities I wanted to see if there was anything I was missing from an Acrobat standpoint that might be causing this. We have tried:
-Preflighting all black-and-white pages in the document to black and white, in case there were any color elements on the page that couldn't be seen with the naked eye
-Doing the same with Convert Colors
And fiddling with a few color print settings as well. Nothing seems to make any difference. We have another printer that does register the black-and-white as such and the color as color, so it may well be a print driver issue like I said. But is there anything else I can try within Acrobat first?
