We have an ad that has come up with an issue. I have included two screen captures below. In Acrobat 9 the ad look OK with the burst appearing in Black with the text knocking out and the other elements appearing as white. However, when we look at the ad in Acrobat 8 or 10 (the versions that our prepress department is using in their workflow) the black burst grays-out as do the two text graphic elements. This ad came to us from an Agency and I do know who what they used to create the ad. It was placed into a page created using InDesign CS4. Can anyone diagnose the issue here? The top version is the correct one.
