When printing from Server 2012 R2 from Adobe Acrobat 10, 11 and DC receive error message no pages selected nothing prints. Windows test page prints fine.

≪ Previous: Re: I have a book laid out in MS Word that is all text (no illustrations) and I need the text in the pdf to be 100% black for our printer. How do I do that, and make sure it is?

I have printed as image. Turned off Protected mode and what ever other fixes I could find from Adobe's site. Nothing is working. Please help.
