After several attempts from the laptop after a reboot with a sign out and sign in, the sign in button appears, I have printed to pdf without error. I have tried again on the desktop to logon no sign in, this way I do not know, which is which.
Furthermore, for your note; I always have both computer open on my desk, the laptop and the desktop computers. It might help solving the issue. Before I had the version 9 for several years, I never had this issue.
I have notice when both computers are booting the creative cloud do not show the sign in connection. The strange thing I had to do an update on the desktop of several applications it performs successfully without logging on. I have looked beneath the Adobe Acrobat DC help menu the Disconnect or connect menu items; nothing was shown.
