Re: How do I prevent a PDF from being printed once posted online?

If you applied security settings that prevent printing, that it should not matter if such a document is referenced online via a web page, as an email attachment, or directly from your hard disk. You should not be able to print - unless the application that you use to view that PDF file is ignoring these security settings. You may have seen this popup warning when you applied the security settings:

As the message explains, not all 3rd party products are honoring these settings. There is nothing else you can do to prevent somebody from printing your document. Any "honest" product will honor your settings, but there are products out there that just ignore this.
