I spent an hour in chat with someone at Adobe in India. They tried everything Acrobat Pro allowed, but were unable to solve this problem. (I had already tried all that.)

Until this is resolved, we will not be able to use Acrobat Pro under Yosemite. Fortunately, we still have an older Mac Pro running 10.8.6, but how long will a 6-year-old computer last?
