I found distiller, ADD PDF SETTINGS, Selected Lulu JOBOPTIONS from downloads and pressed box entitled 'open'. Distiller dialog box says LULU in the 'default settings' area - and 'ready' in the progress status category. the box below is blank. Below that there are two boxes: 'pause' (which is active) and 'cancel job' (which is inactive). nothing further happens. I did NOT press 'pause'.
