I am having a similar problem. I send my document to the printer and it either just stops and doesn't print at all, or prints all the pages except the last page. I have Acrobat Pro 11.0.0, installed. When I check my applications in Creative Cloud it tells me it is up to date. I am on an iMac with retina display (just purchased in December) with Yosemite 10.10.1.
