We have Adobe Acrobat 9 installed on two PCs that are running Windows 7 for the sole purpose of being able to "print" to PDF. However, whenever the process starts, we see the scroll bar and it freezes/locks up. If we forcefully close out of the program, the file is still saved and works. But the hassle of having to forcefully close is very burdensome. We would like to resolve this issue. Can someone advise?
