Can not print when in remote desktop server. All other apps work. Acrobat says there are no pages to print.

While trying to print in a remote desktop environment, users are presented with the error "There are no pages selected to print". We have made sure that Acrobat is up to date, we have tried using different printers, but nothing works. The users are printing in Windows Server 2012. All other programs print just fine.
