Specifically, LiveCycle PDF Generator, I think. This, unlike Acrobat can have a server license. It isn't cheap, because Adobe have set things up so each user needs to buy Acrobat, and if you have the server solution it has to offset a few hundred licenses. Prices are quoted individually.
