Print PDF to File without Overwriting Documents

We want to print all incoming faxes to a folder that is being monitored by our document imaging system. However, when we configure the PDF printer, it simply overwrites the previously printed document. Is there anyway to have the Adobe PDF printer stagger the printed documents, for example; doc1, doc2, doc3, etc...?

We have Acrobat XI Standard installed on the server.
