We do a lot of printing through Acrobat at our company, and we've always printed as an image to provide consistency to all of our customers.
However, we have encountered some situations where using the print as image option was really distorting the colors, and we've had to discontinue it's use. The only issue we have with that is that sometimes we get files where we'll need to select the ink management option "Convert All Spots to Process". We would love to set this as the default option in the color profile, however, we have created and saved an advanced print setup profile, but the check mark in this option will NOT save, no matter what we do.
I looked everywhere I could in the main preferences menu, but it was nowhere to be found.
Is there any way to set the "convert all spots to process" option to always be selected for our prints from acrobat for when we come across files saved outside of YMCK?
