How to remove sticky notes from PDF with Preflight

Hello,

I'm looking for a way to remove all sticky notes from PDF files while keeping all hyperlinks.

Preflight includes a fixup called "Adjust or remove annotations", where one can specify the type of annotations to remove. I tried that but did not get the intended results:

- Type "All" removes the sticky notes, but also the hyperlinks which should be kept.

- Type "All annotations except Link", sounds like the right choice, but does not remove sticky notes.

Do you have any suggestions what settings I should use?

I'm using Acrobat Pro 11.0.06 on Windows.
