We had instructed Adobe Reader Version 9.5 to bypass our HP Printer and always go directly to our Zebra Thermal Printer when printing customs forms, by clicking on an "Always Do This" check box. Ever since we upgraded to the new Version 10 the USPS website takes us directly to a Thank You Page and we never see the Adobe Printer Dialogue Box. We have spent 3 weeks fighting to get a solution from USPS Tech Support to no avail. They say this is an Adobe Reader Upgrade issue and refuse to provide any additional help. All other PDF forms where we did not click on an "Always Do This" check box are printing correctly. We ship 15 to 20 orders overseas a week and need to be able to print our own customs forms instead of being forced to rely on 2 fingered postal clerks to enter all the customs info at the post office. Is there some hidden instruction file in Adobe Reader that we can delete to get Adobe Reader to bring up the normal Printer Dialogue box options?
